I’m in the legal field (and essentially write for a living) and share your skepticism of AI, at least LLMs like ChatGPT — in fact I’ve never used Chat for anything and don’t intend to, especially since I’m of the opinion that nearly all open AI models are plagiaristic. Thank you for not using it to assist your writing — it’s beautiful as is!
I use AI occasionally to make up jokes and bad puns for role playing games that I lead. I think melting the ice caps and enabling a fascist police state is a worthwhile tradeoff for enhancing my hobby.
Justin, I agree with you on the center situation. I thought Ratledge did well as a rookie and he will only get better. Hopefully through FA or trade they will get a good center. Please Lions don’t move Ratledge to center!
Can't do any more Lions right now. They won't go much farther if they can't stay healthy. Besides, we have the Red Wings and Pistons making some noise for a change.

My primary AI use is to create joke images or parody song lyrics for group text threads with friends. I've found it very useful on that front.
