Detroit — Checking in from the Ford Field press box, Justin Rogers and Mike “Stoney” Stone offer their instant reactions to the Detroit Lions’ 20-16 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
In the first postgame episode of the pod, the co-hosts discuss the defense’s strong performance — lead by Aidan Hutchinson’s 4.5-sack outing — as well as the continued inconsistencies of the offense to open the 2024 season.

Caught pod on Spotify and now subscribed on PocketCast, my preferred. On second INT looked like JG was looking to Patrick in end zone, but his upper arm was hit before he totally released it, taking all strength out of the pass and creating the wounded duck.
Seems like I'm watching 2021 Goff, or maybe pre-Josh Reynolds Goff. Hope neither is true.
I'm encouraged by what I'm seeing on the defense (our biggest issue last year), and I think the offense will get moving soon (our least concern last year).
