Hopefully he plays so well he Wally Pipps Decker.

If we can run the ball he will be fine. Pass blocking on 3rd and long will scare me but I am hopeful he can handle that too.

Is Manu fan club ready?

When can we expect Justin's film review of his play. Throw in Mahogany because he doesn't get enough attention and how these two work together is what really matters.

Tuesday sounds about right, no later than Wednesday.

Is Skipper hurt? Surprised he did not get elevated from the practice squad unless I missed that he was released.

The GM plan comes into action.

Personally I’m glad they are finally going to “throw him in the deep end of the pool”!!!!….. he’s a 4th round pick. It’s time to see if he can play 1st string.

Gonna be hard not to watch Manu if he starts.

Just imagine if this goes well…

Well, from the context of Justin’s article on Decker earlier this week,

this probably won’t be the only game this happens so mine as well has give Manu the opportunity now and see what he’s got.

Excited for Manu - all of that time he's spent training, culminating in this.

If the coaches didn't think he could do it, they wouldn't put him in the position to fail. He'll be fine.

VERY nervous about this

I imagine they’ve been planning for this possibility every week since Decker got hurt and built some insurance into the game plan just in case. I’m sure Brock Wright will be right next to him a lot of the game

Manu has been repping at left tackle for weeks. In that late-week conversation, he noted how much his chemistry has improved with Mahogany. Still, practice is different than games, especially games that count in the standings. It will be a huge test, no matter how much help he gets. Elite edge rushers are chipped and doubled all the time and still routinely get home. And, at some point, you get schemed to having to leave them one-on-one. See last week's game with the Browns, where Hutchinson and Garrett both found windows to affect the QB.

Having to face Hendrickson in his first start is such a “welcome to the big leagues” draw haha.

Go Manu! (Crossing my fingers)
