I’m really curious how big of an impact Terrell Williams will end up having on these guys. I know Dan said he’s seen it, so I’m excited to see it on the field. I think I’m most interested in how the kicker battle will go. I didn’t really think they would go for Bates. People still seem to think we go for it on 4th down because we don’t trust our kicker. I’ve always been of the opposite mind on that so I was pretty surprised they actually brought him on. If we keep him, I just hope people don’t freak out if we still don’t kick more like we did in the 49ers game.
I’ll be patient until pads come on but you’ll have to keep us up to date on Daurice Fountain. Looks like we may have a “dark horse” candidate. I mention pads cause I want know can he block better than Josh Reynolds?
Martin getting 1st team reps makes me wonder about the tutelage he's getting from Reader vs what he got from Buggs last offseason. If he makes a jump... weeeee
Yeah, I talked to Martin about that back in May/June. He said Reader had watched his tape and was offering early tips. That's impressive veteran leadership.
Yeah, and it's those types of things that have ripple effects on the team. And just noticed we both tend to start replies with Yeah, lol. I've tried to stop, it never happens.
