I'm just sitting here thinking about all these under performing 2nd and 3rd picks that are constantly injured or busts. I would like to see an article comparing Holmes 2nd and 3rd busts and injured players compared to other teams. I believe if they didn't draft stupid projects and took solid players at a position of need we would of beat San Francisco 2 years ago
I understand your sentiment, wishing he opted for players not bitten by an injury bug in college, but overall, BH hit rate has to still be way better across all rounds than his counterparts across the league.
I believe it was someone called Jane, but they had set me in my place on the Ratledge/Glasgow/Mahogany alignment and it looks like they were right. If you're out there Jane, I was wrong.
That's not exactly what Justin wrote. In the past, we had stiffs in the QB room.. Now we don't. If Hooker emerges the backup, he'll have earned it. But thus far, I haven't exactly read a thing about Hooker on the field.
Football is slowly coming back

Is there an estimation of time missed by Decker? Pre season? Regular season?
It was in another article, likely back after HOF game, relatively short term following a shoulder clean up surgery.
That’s right- now I recall reading that. A buddy said missing a week or two regular season. Thank you!
Has Dan finally given up on taking part in the ceremonial up-downs to inaugurate camp, Justin?
He stopped a couple of years ago, after he had surgery (knee, I believe).

Mentioning Saint doing well against Reed makes me wonder if the Lions were using him outside more than usual today
St. Brown has increased his playing time on the outside each season. It's like 65/35 these days.
Training camp Day one observations are important but the end of training camp observations count more.
Obligatory question about how the projects looked - Manu and Martin.
Minimal thoughts about trench players not wearing pads.
Had high hopes for hooker as a backup but the improvement seems to be not there

I mean overall not just based off of this article. They brought Teddy back from HS football for the playoffs too. But yes I get it!
Really Justin.....you gonna do us dirty and not mention Hutch? 😂
No pads, nothing new to add since OTAs. He's moving fine. Just like he was then.
Dammit Rakestraw. One if my favorite prospects in the '24 draft but injury prone was the knock on him. Could we have another Iffy?
Good that Ya-Sin looked good, depth at CB is starting thin out fast.
