Allen Park — Here are some notes and observations from the Detroit Lions’ Monday morning training camp practice.

● Let’s start with injury news. Lions coach Dan Campbell provided updates on four rookies ahead of the day’s practice.

Offensive tackle Blake Miller, who was limited to individual work on Sunday, wanted to do more but was held back by the team. That was a one-day concern and Miller was back to being full-go for Monday.

Meanwhile, second-round defensive end Derrick Moore is expected to miss at least a week with the groin injury that knocked him out of practice over the weekend.

There’s no concrete timetable for linebacker Jimmy Rolder, but we learned he’s dealing with a hamstring issue that will keep him out for a stretch, confirming my reporting from the weekend.

Additionally, tight end Miles Kitselman will be out for a while after exiting practice to be evaluated for a concussion. To backfill his reps, the Lions added Nick Muse to the roster, a seventh-round pick for the Vikings in 2022. Former Michigan receiver Tarik Black was cut to clear room on the roster for Muse.

During practice, three players exited with an injury. Running back Sione Vaki was poked in the eye during an early 11-on-11 rep, while tight end Anthony Firkser and wide receiver Lawrence Keys left to be evaluated for leg injuries.

Defensive end Peyton Turner missed his fourth straight practice with a back injury.
