Hard to imagine a more optimistic report under the circumstances, but obviously any reports this time of year should be taken with a hefty sodium addition.
It really seems like Kerby is not going to make it. A huge blow if he can't play again this year. Another bad sign for this defense, which seems worse than last year. Issues at all levels.
I’d disagree with this. Shep now has a year under his belt, which I think only helps. Both Hutch and Alim a year removed from trying to come back from devastating injuries, Tyliek no longer a green rookie. Upgrade (sorry, AQM lovers) at DE opposite Hutch. Losing Anzo’s experience hurts, but his athleticism was dropping off a cliff and even if he came back it’d be a similar drop off. DB will be a major issue but if CBs stay healthy, Rakestraw surprises, and Branch gets back by midseason…. COULD end up better than we were last year, esp down the stretch.
How many times can Dan Campbell say the same thing about Kerby before people stop asking the same question?
I feel like considering our defensive depth our o-line health is paramount, so hearing Mahogany's issue is minor is a big relief

Hope Mahogany isn’t the one guy who failed conditioning. You’d hope he’s ready to fight for the job.
Branch news is exciting.
Kerby news is about as expected. Gonna be a season of caution. A real glass half full/half empty situation.
Oh man, oh man, oh man after every other sentence...please change the song coach.
I'm to the point that anything they get from Kerb I'll view as a bonus. Pessimistic? Maybe. I view it as realistic.
At what point can we say he's done and move on?
Really depends on what he got done. If its growing back cartilage it takes time.
