Except for a few bright spots, the Lions certainly underwhelmed for most of the four exhibition games (as they called them many moons ago) but I am not really concerned. Yet. I don't think I saw any "Paper Lions" (1968 sports movie) featuring George Plimpton playing a Detroit Lion who also had a bit part in a John Wayne western.

I’m just glad the exhibitions are over. Let the real games begin!
Any new name caught the eye?
Not a new name, but Strickland popped.
He sure did. You couldn't miss those plays.
How do you feel about Ian Kennelly making the roster after the pre-season? I know you had him making it on your last projection. Thanks
He was in there at the end of the game but I don't think he was earlier than the last 5 -10 minutes of play time. I might have missed him though.
