Other than that, they kicked a field goal on fourth and 18, punted on fourth and 8, punted on fourth and 2 from their own 37, kicked a field goal on fourth and 9. None of the touchdown drives had a fourth down. In fact, only one of the five touchdown drives had a third down.
It's funny.... He was never on the 53 man roster because his lack of a special teams role, but it turns out he's the best kick returner on the team for the new rules..... Or maybe Dallas's kick coverage just sucks. I dunno.
MCDC did NOT go for it on 4th down as I predicted. Even after the Bates blocked FG, not one time.
Likely this is an anomaly however it might well be the road more traveled for the foreseeable future. Just sayin’.
