Detroit — The Detroit Lions held a media tasting for the new food items that will be available at Ford Field for the 2025 season.

Folks, let me tell you, the options are overwhelming. Overwhelming and delicious. I tried most of them on Wednesday afternoon. I even convinced longtime colleague Ben Raven, of MLive fame, to join me on camera to discuss them.

Jahmyr Gibbs’ Spin Dash Combo

Limited availability in the Lions Loyal Marketplaces, Sections 100 & 120

Created with Jahmyr Gibbs’ to feature his favorites, the Spin Dash Combo includes a pepperoni pizza smashburger — griddled smashburger patty topped with pizza sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and pizza seasoning - served with a side of custom golden ring tater tots & “Honolulu Blue” Sour Patch Kids.

Pho Brisket Sandwich

Served at Deli and Dogs, section 105

Slow-smoked brisket, pickled onion, fresh herbs and garlic aioli on rye served with pho dipping broth. Served with a bag of chips.

Chopped Pork Sammy

Section 222

Allepo spiced slow-smoked pork butt, creamy dill pickle slaw, and hot and spicy pickles. Served with kettle chips.

Paradise Street Eats (Available in Gridiron Club, Level 3)

• Mango Lassi: Famous traditional mango smoothie with real mango and fresh yogurt.

• Paradise loaded fries: Seasoned chaat masala fries with crispy butter chicken, melted cheese, diced red onion, cilantro, black sesame and signature sauce.

• Butter chicken samosa: Traditional savory pastries stuffed with pulled tandoori chicken, melted cheese and served with signature butter sauce shot.

• Chicken pita (Vegan): Choice of shredded chicken or vegan chicken with fresh greens, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mayonnaise with ranch or BBQ sauce. Served with a side house salad.

Section 104 and Adams Street concourse

• Loaded Vegan Mac (Vegan): Choice of chicken or vegan chicken wing snob.

• Chicken tenders: Crispy all white meat chicken tenders served with Buffalo or garlic parmesan dipping sauce.

• Traditional wings: Fresh, never frozen, deep-fried bone-in wings. Includes a mix of flats and drums tossed in Cajun dry rub or honey BBQ sauce.
