25 years with one company, 10 as effectively the COO, sounds like a pretty good career to me, especially where statistically you should be #1 once every 32 years. Not even Marino won a SB. And yeah, we are overdue, but we are the closest we have been since some good teams in the 60's. Remember the Fearsome Foursome, Joe Schmidt, Night Trane Lane, and Yale Larry to name of few. Always fun to watch.
Adding an experienced voice to the GM room can't hurt, especially someone who is big enough to physically restrain Brad when he's jonesing to trade up during the draft. LOL
It's silly to plug your opinion of a GM into his value in an advisory capacity. He has extensive experience, not just helming the ship, but as a college scout. It's never bad to add a voice to the evaluation process, particularly one as experienced as Grier.
Browns and Chiefs fans were critical of John Dorsey, too. Same level of irrelevance to their contributions here.

Failure is one of life's greatest teachers. Grier will learn and be better for it.

So true!
Your opinion please Justin. Seeing a lot of critical comments from Miami fans on Grier.

Cool. The team is mediocre from top to bottom.
