It's a low number of PBUs but he also had a really low ADOT last year (under six yards) which tells you he's probably playing deep and a lot of his targets are underneath. Fewer opportunities for PBUs in that situation. His PFF grades were pretty good last year — someone on Reddit posted that he was like 27th out of 114 while Amik was 109th.
Certainly doesn't seem like he has elite ball skills but I guess he's a good pass rusher and grades out pretty well. Seems like a decent pickup on a one-year deal.
He was on my radar, I’ve got no problem with this and he seems like a solid Amik replacement.
Now that Anzo is gone, perhaps we will be playing less base after all. Two versatile DB signings in two days.

Two passes defended seems a bit pedestrian over 14 games. I mean - Anzalone had 9, right? 🧐
